Learners Global School
Learners Global School will work with the sole purpose of fostering skills and character traits from Pre-KG to Pre-University by adopting the new National Education Policy 2020 and implementing a 5+3+3+4 Academic Structure. Learners Global School will offer admissions as per the new academic structure in four different categories.
Foundational Stage – Age 3 to 8 Years: Pre-KG, LKG, UKG, Class 1 and Class 2:
The Foundational Stage will consist of five years of flexible, multi-level, play/activity-based learning. It will focus on early Childhood Care and Education and lays the mental groundwork for learning. Learners Global School offers admission to Foundation Stage through the “Learners Kids” initiative. Learners Kids is collaborated with numerous pre-schools across the city and implements the School Complex Concept of New Education Policy.
Preparatory Stage – Age 8 to 11 years: Class 3, Class 4, and Class 5:
The Preparatory Stage will comprise three years of education building on the play, discovery, and activity-based pedagogical and curricular style of the Foundational Stage, and will also incorporate textbooks plus aspects of formal but interactive classroom learning, to lay a solid groundwork across subjects, including reading, writing, speaking, physical education, art, languages, science, and mathematics.
Middle Stage – Age 11 to 14 Years: Class 6, Class 7, Class 8:
The Middle Stage will comprise three years of education, building on the pedagogical and curricular style of the Preparatory Stage, but with the introduction of subject teachers for learning and discussion of the more abstract concepts in each subject that students will be ready for at this stage across the sciences, mathematics, arts, social sciences, and humanities. Experiential learning is adopted in each subject, and explorations of related subjects will be encouraged and emphasised in addition to the introduction of more specialised subjects and subject teachers.
Secondary Stage – Age 14 to 18 Years: Class 9, Class 10, I PUC & 2 PUC
The Secondary Stage will comprise four years of multi-disciplinary study, building on the subject-oriented pedagogical and curricular style of the Middle Stage, but with greater depth, greater critical thinking, greater attention to life aspirations, and greater flexibility and student’s choice of subjects.
The School will also integrate CET, NEET, IIT-JEE, and SAT competitive exams preparation starting from the 9th grade. The school has also established collaborations with universities from across the globe and students will be exposed to these universities while they are in classes 9-12 so as to make them better prepared to make informed decisions in their career.
